Terms of use 

The information provided will be used for the sole purpose of my participation in the FORE!The Houses Tournament ('Event') in support of Ronald McDonald House Charities® Canada ("RMHC"); My registration is confirmed upon receipt of my registration and payment; I am responsible for use of any password given to, or chosen by, me: and I am physically fit and healthy and able to safety participate in this event. If, at anytime, I believe continued participation will adversely impact my health or safety, I will voluntarily withdraw. By using the site, you consent to receiving event related communication via the email you provided to us. Only registration through this site entitles you to attend the event(s) listed to which you have been invited. 

Attendance/Cancellation 

All payment must be received and cleared before participation is full confirmed.

Reimbursements

No reimbursements will be granted to registrants who do not attend the day of the 'Event" or attempt to cancel their registration in advance of the 'Event'. In the event of inclement weather the golf course reserves the right to start, stop or continue play at the discretion of the golf course superintendent. Registrants agree to golf course "Rain Check Policy" which takes effects only when the course is deemed unsuitable for play by the golf course superintendent. All situations will de dealt with in a fair and timely manner

Charitable receipts

This tournament is considered a 'third-party' fundraising event and therefore contributions are NOT eligible for tax receipts in accordance with the Canadian Revenue Agency. In addition, registration is based on sponsorship involvement which provides advantages in the form of logo recognition in advance and/or at the event, player registration, meals, gifts etc.

Release 

I herby release and indemnify, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators , personal representative and assigns, Cargill and McDonalds, and their respective affiliates and their respective directors, officer, agents, employees and managers and all of their respective heirs, executors , administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns, jointly and severally, (collectively "Releasees") of and from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, rights and causes for action for whatsoever kind and nature and howsoever arising (collectively "Claims") for, arising from or by reasons of any death, sickness, injury or loss or damage to property suffered to incurred by me at any time related to the Event and any activities forming part of or related thereto whether such Claims arise from the conduct of any of the Releasees or any negligence, contractual obligation, nuisance, misfeasance, tort, occupiers liability or other cause of action against any of the Releasees whatsoever and howsoever caused which may now exist or come into existence at any time in the future. I confirm my understanding that there is risk inherent in participating in the Event. I accept both the legal and physical consequences of such risk and intend that this Release shall constitute a full and complete waiver of same in favor of the Releasees. I agree not to make or take, and to discontinue on demand by the Releasee, any claim or proceeding against any other person who may claim a contribution or indemnity from the Releasee.
